Hi everyone! I recently started looking for information on how to hire employees in other countries without opening branches. I have heard of services like Employer of Record (EOR), but I do not quite understand how it works. Can someone explain how you can hire employees worldwide through EOR? And how does this affect taxes and local laws? Thanks in advance!

I can tell you how it works. Employer of Record (EOR) is company that officially takes on the role of employer for your employees in other countries. This means that you can hire people in different countries without creating subsidiaries or branches. They take care of all the legal and tax aspects. For example, in GEOR (they provide you with access to an international HR resource and help you comply with local laws. They have their own ERP platform, which greatly simplifies the process. Hello, I also want to add a few words. The whole process is really much simpler when you use EOR. You do not need to understand every local law, which really saves a lot of time. For example, if a company wants to hire employees in countries where taxes or labor relations are difficult, EOR takes care of this. So for international projects, this is ideal. I worked with GEOR and was satisfied - convenient platform and professional support.
