BE Careful. Irvine California is full of modification company's that are scam artists. I was scammed out of $3000 to National Relief Group in Irvine. I learned the hard way, it is always best to work directly with your mortgage company. You will get better results. Ask for a manager and explain your situation. It will not cost you anything. If you still want to hire a company, check it out with the BBB first. Good Luck.
