As a realtor I have dealt with a number of mortgage brokers and bankers. I finally found one that surpassed them all, Alex Luzadere, from Coastal Pacific Lending. Com. I just refinanced my home and it wasn’t an easy proposition since I am self-employed. It was a struggle and no matter what the underwriter asked for Alex found a way to help me provide it. He stuck with my husband and me for months working diligently to get it approved. And we were given the rate and terms he promised a lot of lenders can get loans done but not what they promised. He definitely stands out from the rest.
