Non existent customer service. Never replied to any phone messages or emails over 5 months.
Other company names:
UltraGamut or Beyondinkjet - the items they sell don't work, and you will never
get your money back.
If the star rating went in the negative direction, I would rate these companies
at a -100. One star is way too good.
They have stolen hours of my life energy
trying to get my money back.
