They Never Answer the Telephone

Call and all you get is an auto answering, just leave your name and phone number and they will call back. Even tried the directory to the different departments, and they all go to auto answer and the message to leave your name and number. Does anyone actually work at this company. Worst customer service, as I am hearing impaired. Their website is worthless as you cannot email them as well to make contact.
