Not a great experiance

When I chose this car company, I was told my car would be picked up bu a specific date,which is why I ultimately agreed to use their services. I had a friend hold my car for pickup in LA,CA and then I would pay the rest to the driver in Atchison,Ks. I was told it would take about 3 days and car could be picked up when we needed it to be,on December 15th. My friend took the day off work so he could be available to meet the driver. I was given a pickup window,the vehicle was not picked up on the first day,not on the second day.It was picked up days later,the evening of December 19th.4 days later I received a call from the rep at Global that the driver was at the destination.

Hello Tola. We sincerely apologize for the late pickup. We have to admit that not everything can be controlled on the road. There were a couple of reasons for the late pickup of your 2014 Kia Sorento: First, the carrier confronted some traffic along the journey, and then he had two late customers, third, truck had some mechanical issues. Those issues forced the driver off the road until a solution was found. This is why he was late to come and pick your car up. We apologize again. Have a wonderful day!
