This is my third time using Impact Computers. The first time was to obtain the Dell parts I needed (Dell's recommendation).
Called in my order. 'Spent a moderate amount of time on hold, but not terribly long.
After that the process of ordering was quick and easy!
Once again, the right parts and right on time! They've served me well and I recommend them!
