I received a call from a sales rep selling zip code leads for my real estate business. I agreed to the 14-day trial. I called to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. I could not reach anyone. Left a message with all my information. Two days later I am Charger $199!! I called to figure out why my subscription was not cancelled. Apparently, they lost my voicemail??? NO REFUND!!!!!! Charged $199 for a horrible lead service, horrible customer service, and a shifty staff to boot. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. Opacity offered me at least partially qualified leads and they do not charge unless you make the sale. I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE NO STAR WAS NOT AN OPTION.
