I feel for the previous writer- we started ours almost a year ago- we where told a lawyer was going to handle our case- we came to find out very quickly that h. Perez (lawyer) is very rarely involved. They have negotiators ??? that are handling the cases. It is very rarely I get a reply or update and if I do the next one is conflicting with the previous. Also be aware of all your rights before you sign up with them.
