I was referred to 1st Rate Mortgage by my friend that had done a purchase loan with them. My friend got a really good rate and was pleased with their services and therefore referred me to 1st Rate when I was in need of refinancing. Mr. Adhami and Ms. Tanya Matian helped me refinance my property into a 15 year fixed loan. It didn't take more than 15 days for my loan to close which made me really happy. Overall, I would recommend this company and the people that I personally worked with to my family and friends.
