Hi, there!
Finally, I saw someone dare to step forward and state what happened to him. I am a victim too. There are more out there. 30+ at least. I know a few of them. You are not alone at all. Welcome to the big 888 Auto fraud victim family.
Count me in if you are going after them for your money. I not only have not got my money back. My credit also got screwed due to their fraud act against dealers.
Here is what happened to me. I wanted 2 new cars worth about $150,000 for export. They said ok and I paid them in full in April 2010 and then started to wait for my cars. 2 months later there was no car showing up and they talked me using my credit to lease them out which would be easier due to difficulties of export issues to dealers. I got persuaded and used my credit to lease 2 cars. But guess what? I paid for my cars to 888 Auto in full up front months ago as I previously mentioned. They didnt even pay Mercedes off but swing my fund elsewhere. Now it has been a year. I still dont have any car and got my credit totally screwed up and carried a debt of $150k due to those 2 cars unpaid by 888 Auto. They got my money somewhere in their pocket or elsewhere and refuse to give it back to me. I can only get all kinds of ridiculous excuses every time I confronted them about when I could get my money back.
It's has been a year as you can see. Not only I see no sign of cars but also I ended up having debt of $150k on me that I cannot afford to pay and screwed up my credit. They have done this for a while and I also know a few victims just like me. Now me and other victims have sent this issues to the court of law which does not help me much as legal processes take forever and expensive in this country to ask for justice. They refuse to give me back my money as well and I am left with my credit totally ruined and money stolen. I cannot even buy a car or a house with my 400 credit score.
I do not know why a fraud company like 888 Auto is still running shamelessly day after day while there are already so many victims involved. They are now still trying to get more hard-working people's money. They should be shut down immediately by law enforcement authorities.
