The Agent Mr. R, took my money via debit card as deposit on an auto insurance, for the vehicle I intend to purchase from the dealer, but the deal did not go through and Mr. R. refused to credit my checking account saying he could hold my money for 30 days and if I purchase a car with in that period, I could use the same account. I told him I am no longer interested in purchasing a car.
From Friday the 20th of November, 2009 until today, Tuesday, 24 November, 2009 my account was not credited. And when I spoke with him today he hang up the phone on me and said I have no patience.
This is not a GOOD company for anyone to do business with. I am going to continue calling them until I get my money back or take them to court.
