I purchased a pair of hearing aids with the understanding that I would have to turn in my old hearing aids as part of the purchase price. I was fitted with my new hearing aids and left my old ones with the doctor. I cannot say what he did with my old hearing aids as he is the one who removed them from my ears. I was not able to wear the new hearing aids and returned them to the office for a refund and my old hearing aids, I was told that I never turned in my old hearing aids and would have to wait a month for my money to be refunded. I spoke to the office several times regarding my older hearing aids but was told that they ere never turned in and that this was something hat would no longer be discussed. So, here I am 2 months later, no hearing aids, and no refund on my money. I have called the office twice and was old that the doctor would phone me, he has not. This is a very poor way to treat older people on a fixed income, I do not have my original hearing aids and there is no recourse for me, also I do not have the funds to purchase another pair as I have not received a refund on me returned hearings aids. This is terrible.
