Advantage Performance has horrible customer service and also lie to customers about work being done.

I brought my diesel pickup in to get the egr cooler and head gaskets replaced. It was all suppose to be covered under warranty. Eric who seems to be the manager said he had the truck torn down and called the warranty to come out and check his diagnosis. Then told me they approved it. Eric told me he was waiting on parts then he could finish the truck. Four weeks later I find out that noone from the warranty came out to inspect the truck and also that Advantage never even moved the truck from where the tow truck dropped it so no one had even touched the truck. He lied for four weeks and I ended up having to take my truck to another shop. I also spent money on a rental car for four weeks while nothing was getting done on my truck.
