Thumbs up for great service
Air Breeze installed an AC/Heating Unit in our house back on Jun 2014. However, the unit started having issues maintaining a cooler temperature later on as the summer days became very hot. We called them to see what we could do about it. The staff in the
office was very polite and responsive. Leo, the owner, came out to examine the problem and tried various solutions until he determined that we needed another register to increase the airflow in our living room. The servicemen came and got it done within a
few hours at no extra charge. We won't know for certain if this will fix the problem, as we have to wait until next summer rolls around. However, Leo has decades of experience with installing AC/Heating units so I'm confident his solution will work. Furthermore,
he's always assuring us that our happiness is his main concern so in the unlikely event that it does not work, I know he'll be there for us until it's fixed
