New System

Air Breeze Inc. installed a central system at our home in Sherman Oaks. Our initial meeting was good. Leo and his assistant explained everything to us and were very helpful in answering any questions we had. They gave us a very good deal, so my wife and I decided to hire them for the job. During the project there were a couple hiccups, but Leo was always quick to respond and take care of the situation. One thing that happened was that the air conditioning unit was larger than we had anticipated and my wife did not like how much space it took at the location that they placed it. Instead of making it a big problem, Leo brought us a new unit that was smaller and fit better. There was also a small problem when they cut our ceiling to adjust the registers. One of the workers cut the holes too big. However, they were very quick to solve the issue by patching and repainting. They even came back several times after the job was completed to put on extra layers of paint.
Our old unit never worked whenever it would rain hard. The first time that it rained after the new system was installed, the heating did not work. Although it had no connection to the job that they did, Leo quickly diagnosed the issue and sent one of his guys to come seal the shed where the furnace is, so as to be sure to keep it dry and safe from the weather. Since then we have not had any problems, even after several big days of rain.
Overall we are very happy with Air Breeze Inc. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied customer. They are quick to answer any questions, and address any concerns that we have. I would be glad to refer Air Breeze to anyone that needs ac work done.
