I just wanted to pass on a special thank you to a couple of your employees who sold and installed a new furnace in our home. We agreed to an inspection of our furnace and a cleaning of the ducts over the phone. When they arrived, they told us that our furnace was still "OK"; however, we should get an attic fan and the furnace cleaned. After discussing the costs of this, we decided to have a new furnace installed as our current one was over 12 years old and my husband was getting concerned. Israel was our point of contact during this and showed us the costs involved in this. He did not push to sell us a new furnace, we decided on our own. We were very pleased with how he conducted his business and he was not pushy. He showed us several options and we trusted him. His inspector, Nacho, was also very professional and I'm sure not real comfortable with going up and down the attic stairs. Both gentlemen showed respect, were very congenial and professional.
Javier was the installer (along with another gentlemen whose name I am sorry I cannot remember). He spent two days at our home installing the furnace and two attic fans. He did not leave until he was sure we were happy with everything. This included many trips up and down the ladder to tighten down the attic fans as they were quite noisy.
We just wanted you to know that we were happy with your representatives and I am sure once it gets cold enough, we will be happy with our new furnace. Please extend our thanks to all those involved. We are trying to spread the word to our friends who might be in need of a furnace that they should at least give your company a call. Thank you for having professional technicians and installers.
