If there were a triple 0 score-or less- that would be it! I ordered a bed for $645 on July 16, 2007, and never received it. I've left countless emails & phone messages and I've only been responded to once or twice saying that my bed was damaged, the backordered. They won't respond anymore and I still don't have a bed...but they have my money! They should be in prison for ripping so many people off! I called the Pasadena police department and I am in the process of filing a complaint. Maybe something can be done about this rip off artist!
