I used this moving service for my move on October 29, 2009 and was extremely dissatisfied. These movers have discouraged me from using this company again. Below are the things that were unpleasant and not professional.
1. The movers were over an hour late.
2. They did not have any tools to take apart a bed (so it turned out to be a one bedroom move as the other bed was left behind)
3. The movers worked extremely slow - it took them 4 hours to remove the furniture from a two bedroom apartment.
4. I signed the papers that the movers brought with the start time being 10:47 am, they then went out to the truck and did not return for another 5 minutes
5. One of the movers at the end told me he saved me money by only charging me $500 when in reality the cost was $492 so he saved me nothing and really owes me the difference (start time 10:47 end time 4:08 pm).
I was told that the movers are professionals and are paid by the jobs they do, however this seems to indicate to me that they are paid by how long it takes them to move. Sent an email to the company the next day about the poor service and no one responded, which is not surprising. I Will never use this company again.
