This was our first large move due to my husband changing hospitals. My husband is a surgeon and changed hospitals and the most important part of the entire relocation was timing. We needed to be packed and loaded up on a certain date and delivered on a specific date as well. We never contacted another company other than America's Moving Systems due to referrals from other physicians my husband was in contact with. The hospital has a vendor list for corporate relocation and they were a preferred relocation company. We were asked to review their compan once the move was completed and we had just finished unpacking everything, internet has been hooked up, and everything is back in order after nearly a month. Our price was a binding not to exceed estimate paid by the hospital and we could not be more thrilled for the choice we made especially hearing different moving horror stories from friends and family members. Our move was 3/4's from our home and another 25 percent from a storage shed we had not been in for about 2 years. Their crew moved us without a hitch. Damages I guess are a part of every move, in our case, a bookshelve didn't make it all the way to Detroit and was basically useless by the time it arrived so what they did for us was reimburse us the $375.00 we paid for it a year ago. We found America's Moving to be a very reputable, efficient and reliable company, we hope you do too.
