I've been a loyal customer with this place ever since they opened. But I have to say Ann Karen always try to sell you packages and try to rip you off. They had a $2000 promotion for 20 sessions (each session is 2 hours) promo not too long ago. It was a very good deal but alot of $$$. I didn't want to spend 2g at all but they did a good job at convincing ppl so i bought it. After a month, I used my first session with one of the message therapist. After the message, I checked out at the front desk, and the manager Emily told me that I can no longer use the sessions I bought for my message theraphist. The reason she gave me was that theraphist has been getting alot of customers and she's special...WTH?... The manager told me if I want to stick with the same lady; i need to pay double. and of course she tried to sell me PACKAGES again..... what the heck??? I would not have bust out 2g to buy so many packages if i knew this is going to happen...how can they try to take advantage of customers like this??? I feel like I been fooled and paid 2g for nothing..and now i have to pay more in order to use the 20 sessions i bought in the first place. sigh...I really want my money back. I am very dissapointed and I don't think I will stay with them anymore.
