I believe the "Annual Review Board" is FRAUDULENT. They use the state of CA eagle and make treats to make penalties and fines -- however the Secretary of State does not recognize this business or agency. It looks very official and I believe the Annual Review Board forms are fraud!
I called the Attorney General who said that the District Attorney of a county must investigate it. I called my DA office and they passed it on to the LA District Attorney -- who referred me to 3 other agencies including BBB. This is not right! How can we put justice and peace in our land?
