Are they really trustworthy?

I ordered something off of their website. Description did not say anything about a special order or longer processing time. Two days later I get an email saying it is a special order item and to press the CONFIRM button on the email to confirm the special order. I did not press the CONFIRM button. Weird. I immediately emailed them and asked for a cancellation and refund. No response even after a week. I paid via PayPal and the money has been taken out of my checking account. I since purchased the needed item from another website, etrailer.com (may have been more expensive) but I already received it! Now I've filed a dispute with PayPal. Shady business. If not they could have at least responded in a week.
