Carlos was our salesman. What a great man, so many great stories!! Don't go in there in a hurry, as they are very casual and relaxed. We had such a great experience and our granite is beautiful. They are definitely there to help you. The price was better than tile row in Santa Ana/Anaheim and a much better selection. The yard wasn't "OC" like above mentioned, but much better selection and customer service. They were true to time frame and the manufacturing was perfect! they definitely helped me out by giving me a big sample to carry around with me while choosing cabinet and appliance choices.
