BEWARE! Jeremy York and BENCHMARK are CROOKED! Do not deal with this company. We were taken! We purchased/leased accounting software and was recommended to finance with Benchmark. The lease was assigned to another bank midway. We paid in full, received a letter in October, 2010 stating this by the assigned bank and then Benchmark continued to hound us for another payment. Said terms were different than we read them. We refused to make any more payments. Because they did auto-withdraws they just helped themselves to a payment plus extra in August 2011. Our lovely bank would not help because we had signed permission for them to make withdraws previously. This should be illegal, but seems too expensive to fight. I am sure they know this. They made threats to repossess the equipment, which in the contract states specifically they can not repossess accounting software.
No stars! Do not like anything about this business. You have been warned!
