Bender Ball. This company is the most shoddy business I have ever done dealt with. And when you try to call customer service you get csr's who are very hard to understand, don't know their company information and when I asked for a supervisor I was hung up on. As others have noted in their reviews, I ordered 1 ball plus tape, I declined all extras and other offers. A month later I got a charge on my debit card for almost twice as much as the original charge and called to inquire. I was told that they had signed me up for a continuity program...which I never authorized nor agreed to. I said that I would not pay these charges nor accept any product they sent to me. I was told that I needed to have a return authorization number and I said that was not necessary as I will throw away anything they send to me that I didn't order as it is not my responsibility to deal with it. They said if I was planning to report this to the bbb then they would expedite my request for credit. This is insane and they should not be allowed to do business this way. I hope that others are smarter than I and check this site prior to ordering from them. Horrible customer service,horrible way to do business and extremely unethical! Terrible company to ever do business with!
