I made/paid for an order from this company back in January. During the ordering process, I was very specific in declining any extra offers or membership to the company. My package finally arrived, 2 weeks late, and my transaction from the company should have been complete. One month later I get a charge of $43.97 onto my card. I tried emailing the company to find out what happened, and when they didn't respond called the customer service line. The man that "helped" me was extremely rude, continuously interupted me when I spoke, so that I was not able to properly explain my situation. He informed me that I had been signed up for a monthly membership and that my next shipment had already been sent. The only way I could get my money back was to send it back to them. To make matters worse, I told him 3 different times that I did not, and do not want to be a member, and later discovered that he still didn't cancel my membership! To make matters worse, I later received a call from a telemarketer and was informed that the company signed me up as a preferred customer and therefore gave out my number and information to other venders they are linked with and without permission signed me up for another membership! I am still fighting to get out of both memberships that I never authorized.
