I would like to send a big thank you to Big Brand Tire and their customer service representative Jorge. I had a problem with a local branch of Big Brand Tire so I contacted the corporate office and spoke with Jorge. After I told him what was going on and how I felt, he explained to me the steps he was going to take; which included speaking with the president Greg; and promised to call me back before the end of the day with a update. In no less than an hour Jorge had called me back to update me and insure me he had been working on my complaint. And within two hours everything was resolved. Jorge was very kind and I appreciate the time and attention he gave to me. Before this I could have sworn I would never return to Big Brand Tire, but now they are at the top of my list. Again, thank you so much Jorge, Greg, and Big Brand Tire! Your time and assistance is much appreciated.
