Also worth a mention. They were late, and very unprofessional. They never answer the phone when you call to complain, only have an automatic messaging system. They were originally called Lincoln but changed their name. Hmmm, I wonder why??? And Bessemer is a residential street! No businesses there, I checked.
As for the raving, positive review below, I say this...Nice try by a CA Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning representative trying to redeem themselves by writing a completely false review. Anyone hiring this kind of company doesn't know system details, or part numbers for heating units. It's pretty obvious this was NOT written by a consumer, but a desperate attempt by a dishonest company to save it's reputation.
Buyer beware, these are very shady people.
