This company is the most bogus, overcharging and unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. They charge you more to handle your account than they pay your creditors. They are very slow to pay your creditors and make settlements on your behalf. After 6 months none of my creditors received a dime, but, Capitol Debt charged me over $1900.00 to do nothing. How is it possible to pay your creditors off when Capitol is ripping you off. Go with Consumer Credit they only charge $40 to $60 per month and you get results.
