I have worked for Concentra Web Solutions for a little over six months. I have found them to be very professional and flexible. They are very clear on what is expected of you. If you do your job well and communicate with them on any issues it is smooth sailing. They have very clear-cut procedures and instructions. It can take up to two weeks to get a hang of the standard operating procedures, but it is worthwhile as it makes your life much easier once you do! All of the staff have treated me respectfully, communicated clearly with me as to my duties and what to expect from them and most importantly they pay on time!
