Don't stand behind their work.

I had them replace a spa pump a year and a half ago with no issues. They were a bit pricey, but got the job done quickly. The pump has since stopped working so I inquired about the warranty. They told me 1 year. Upon further research I found the manufacturer warrantied the pump for 3 years. When I brought it to their attention they said I would have to send it back to the manufacturer to inspect. If they felt it was a warranty issue they would send me a pump. Cozy Pools then said they would charge me about $100+ to install it. So much for a warranty. Then they asked for a picture of the pump. I sent that and they asked for another of the plumbing. I sent that then they asked for another of the entire setup. I have emailed them 4 times since then and they have not responded for more than a week. I ended up going through the manufacturer and they sent me a new pump in 1 week.
I will not use Cozy Pools again since they do not seem to stand behind their work or feel I am worth calling back.
