DSN has gone downhill, in my opinion. I've spent a lot of money with them and they offer guaranteed 30 day money back returns. I've needed to return items just because I didn't like what I received, it didn't look the same on TV (this happens occasionally with anything one buys from TV)--not blaming them for that, and because stones were loose and falling out. Even though I've spent a lot of $s with them, they have nulled my account because of returns. I think this inapproppriate. I wrote a letter to the President of the company, but I never heard back. It takes nearly 30 days, sometimes more to get returns credited and at least 3 weeks to get items ordered, if not longer. In the meantime, they have your money. I consider this too long a period. I definitely received a different stone in one case, and I suspect, in 2 cases. In the second, it was a very expensive item, $7,000. I was told by a rep that one stone was broken and replaced after I called to ask where my order was. The right thing to do would have been to contact me and let me know the stone had been broken and given me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted a replacement or the stone shown. They did not do this, but instead, sent the stone along, which I considered inferior and returned immediately. Items, I believe, are grossly overestimated in value (even if it were Rodeo Drive), i.e, I consider this misleading at best and fraudulent at worst, in my opinion. I will not deal with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else for that matter. They are non-responsive to concerns en total and I've just had enough of the problems/issues with this company. They take your money, and that's the end of the service. Sometime later (after writing this review)and since I hate hard feelings, I called DSN to resolve issues and consider buying again--they had a particular mount I was interested in. I was met with hate and spite by the young "lady" on the customer service line and she refused to sell to me--guess "upper class" rich people don't need or want the little folks business. My advice--shop elsewhere, always. While I can only speak for myself, I would say that overall, it was a very disappointing experience for me, personally.
