Very bad Customer service. First implant fell out within 2 hours if install. Second cleaning appointment canceled after I confirmed 2 business days prior. Kept my xrays so I could not get a replacement dentist to do a checkup without paying additional for xrays. Julie in the office was very angry and cussed at me in reply to reschedule. Xrays are digital and all they had to do was file-print. Unethical and I observed at least 1 violation of Hippa.
