My experience thus far has not been pleasant. This company took over Public Storage. I have been with the PS location in Santa Ana for a number of years. On 10/6 I received a letter from PS informing me of the switch to Door to Door. No information was given as to box location change, account number change, just a new contract and an address to mail it to in San Francisco. I mailed the contract back by the date they requested. On 11/6 I receive a letter from Door to Door informing me that my box had been taken to Los Angeles County, Pico Rivera to be exact. I live in Fountain Valley, Orange County. I find that moving my belongings and informing me after the fact is extremely poor business ethics and just a bad move on their part. I have no idea where there facility is, no map was included, hours of operations or the procedure to get into my box has not been included. I was on hold for over 10 minutes and my call was never answered. I have left a message and no return call. I am already thoroughly disgusted with this company.
