We've had a 14 year perfect BBB track record with a AA rating. Because we outsourced some processing on loan modifications to help struggling borrowers, we had complaints in service. This caused the BBB, to change our "catagory" from a "mortgage lender" to a "foreclosure consultant" which unfortunately automatically carries an "F " rating. This is very unfortunate, because we have always been honest and ethical, providing great service. There is not fighting the BBB, from Bogus or unjust complaints. The BBB is unregulated and cannot be unbiased, as the President Bill Mitchell has his own rap sheet on ripoffreports.com and also review bbbbroundup.com, to really understand the BBB rating system.Don't be fooled as the Public.
I used to believe in the BBB, until I learned how there is no oversight, crazy world we live in.
