Review 7/3/2009
This company doesn't even deserve 1 star...

I met David Gaspar (president I was told of Eternity Video and Photography) at the Santa Barbara Bridal Expo in the summer of 2008. We signed a contract with him that day, giving him a $200 deposit to ensure our wedding date of 8/8/2008. We were told to contact him again in December or January, to set up an appointment for our engagement pictures. I called him a couple times and didn't get a response until the middle of December. He wanted to set up a meeting to go over everything that we signed up for, and to select what types of pictures we would have. He also requested that we pay at that time. We met with him, and he was very enthusiastic about our wedding. He reassured me that whatever I asked for would be do-able, within reason. He then told me to call him around April or May to make an appointment for our Engagement Photos, which we were supposed to do that day. At the time, I assumed this was normal procedure, so I agreed.

After we had our photographs taken, he said that he would deliver our cd's so we could choose our photograhs for the 16x20 print that was to be displayed at the wedding. He would promise that he would drop off the CD numerous times, and never would show. We finally recieved the photographs about a week before the wedding.

After the wedding, we were promised we would recieve the CD with THOSE photos (unlimited photographs taken at the wedding), so we could choose our package. I did not recieve the pictures until January. My father and I had tried prior to us receiving them, to contact Eternity Video and Photography numerous times, via phone, email, and eventually going to Ventura (we live in SB) to the office location we were given, only to find the door borded up, with cardboard covering the mailslot.

I was unable to choose my photographs until March, however, I was told that we would recieve our pictures within about two months. At the end of May (2009)I contacted them again to see the status, and was told that even though they were busy, they would have my pictures by the end of that month. I never recieved them, or a phone call, or e-mail. I emailed them again at the end of June, and didn't get a response. It is now July 3,2009, almost a year since the wedding, and I do not believe I will recieve ANYTHING from them, despite the large amount we've already paid.

I strongly advise anyone that see's an advertisement for this company, and be warned, they have changed their name now and phone numbers are different as well; to look elsewhere before choosing Eternity Video and Photography for ANY services.
