These guys are GREAT. We had fallen on behind on our mortgage and Wachovia was unwilling to help us. Our home was being sold at auction in 3 days after I recieved a call from them and the rep George took our information. We were sceptical about paying $3000 upfront, but after talking with Rich, Al and Juan there we decided to take a big chance. They stopped our foreclosure sale, got our rate dropped from 9.9% to 3.5% fixed for the remainder of our term. Plus somehow convinced Wachovia to reduce a bunch of fees and our total principal balance over $100,000. Now I am back at work at a better job and we can make enjoy our home. Somehow just saying "Thank You" is not enough. We have had 5 other friends helped by them and more are on the way.
