A Successful Loan Modification - only a 6 month process which included the 3-month trial

I had one previous attempt to re-fi w/ Wells Fargo and that process stretched over a 1 1/2 year period. I met with Paul & Justin late August 2011 and they were very kind and very patient with all my questions. They were truthful about not being able to
guarantee the outcome and very truthful about my situation which helped me face my financial reality. I was diligent with following up with Wells Fargo and giving them necessary documents right away. Before Thanksgiving, I got the acceptance letter from the
bank accepting the terms Paul had drawn up for me. PRAISE GOD! At the end of Feb 2012, my trial mortgage was over and I started March w/ a new mortgage that was $500 less with a 2% interest rate. I am VERY BLESSED to have come across this gem of a company.
