Horrible experience. Firm does NOT stand by their products and they do not care about the satisfaction of the customer. As long as they get their $300.00 for their custom arch supports thats all they care about. Their 'tough luck' attitude is really appaling. Prior to having the franchise the owners never had any health/foot experience...they were just sales people. One worked for GE.
