This is ridiculous. First I called 1-800-846-2301 to cancel a recovery disc I had ordered (I wont even get into what it took to order the disc to begin with). Then they tell me I have to call 1-408-273-0808, I waited on hold for almost an hour and then got disconnected some how. When I called back they told me to call 1-800-846-2301 again. Once I called them again they tell me that the order can only be canceled online. Now, after going online to cancel, I just received an e-mail telling me to call 1-408-273-0808 again? Im on the phone as I am typing this and they are telling me to call the 1-800-846-2301. I am now on hold and have been now for half an hour. I've invested 3 hours now into a simple order cancellation. Im sure its not over here but im going to go ahead and post this message. Never again will I do business with this company.
