Glamour Shots at the Sawgrass Mass and their employees are committing FRAUD charging customers exorbitant amounts of money and then NEVER delivering photos. The photographer trys to sell outrageously priced packages of photos when a customer wants to use a "free 8x10" which ends up costing at minimum $50 or the kids package which is allegedly to be $20, also ends up being $50 after sitting fees and touch ups (whether you want them or not) and one extra 8x10 photo alone is $50 - this is price gouging.
They said the photos would take 7-10 days. I have made at least ten phone calls over the past two months to the store as well as to the owner, Robert Nuncio. The store employees keep saying the photos should be delivered soon. Robert Nuncio(on at least four separate phone calls) assured me the photos would be in within the next week on each call. The photos are still not in.
