We were very dissatisfied with the availability& support that we had received from their customer service team. There were numerous times that we called in & needed to talk to a Program Specialist & left messages as they were not available to talk to us. 99% of the time I never even got a return phone call as they were too “busy”. I have a copy of my call logs with backup to validate that this is the truth. They put bogus notes on my account call log that state a representative called me & I have a caller ID record/answering machine that would capture all those calls & I can contest that those calls noted did not transpire. I even sent them an e-mail and called them requesting that they take those Erroneous notes off. I also had problems with website links not working that they directed me to as well. Another issue was the faxes/emails I would send to them were not responded to within the 3 business days as they note and every time I would call it would "reset" my 3 day clock as to when they had to get back to me. At one point it was over 2 weeks before I heard anything. The contract I signed stated that I am entitled to a refund of my service fees paid to them "for failure to perform the services following a written request" and I provided that to them. They denied it. I do not recommend hiring this business for your debt consolidation needs.
