AWESOME EXPERIENCE!I live in Denver, CO - my mother who is originally from New Mexico has resided in North Carolina for over 40 years. It's difficult, if not impossible, to find HATCH green chiles in North Carolina. This year my mother asked if I would send some fresh Hatch chiles to her; she'd happily reimburse the cost. I found some vendors here in Denver with Hatch chiles, though didn't know the best way to ship them to NC. Got online, found Hatch Chile Express and another company which would ship Hatch chiles directly from NM. Checked out the Better Business Bureau for each company - the other company had many complaints and was NOT a BBB accredited company. Hatch Chile Express is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, had zero complaints and had no reviews. I am SO glad that I checked first!
I ordered the chiles to be shipped to my mother. I received an email confirmation of the order, as well as a personal email stating when UPS would deliver the order. My mother received them right as scheduled. She is THRILLED with the quality of the chiles. She also appreciated the roasting instructions and the product catalog. She's ready to order some frozen chiles from Hatch Chile Express if these fresh that she's roasted and frozen don't last until next season! As my mother stated, Hatch Chile Express will definitely be hearing from us again!
