The company has solicited hundreds or thousands of investors for real estate investment since 1988 to the present totalling $400 millions or so according to the president. It has generated more than 200 lawsuits brought by unsatisfied investors alleging fraud and breach of contracts. Check court records.
It appears that the company has been defending those lawsuits after lawsuits spending a lot of time and money rather than making money in resl estate for the investors.
If you do not want to spend your time and money in suing the company, it may be wise to not touch the company.
