This Hayashi Syndication OR WHATEVER THEY CALL THEMSELVES, JPRL INVESTMENTS, are the worst thing that can happen to any tenant. They are extremely ignorant to tenants needs and try ti rip you off your security deposit. Their apartment buildings are old and abandoned most of the units. They are not habitable, just like the one I rented. There was no gas, not funcional sink, toilet, dirty carpet, etc. Managers they select for the building do not care and do not even speak English...I can say more but it won't be enough to write here...
