Before I signed up with Help Modify Now, I did some research on them before I
paid them any money. This was April 2009. I didn't find any bad reviews so I paid them 3500 dollars . It was supposed to take about 1 to 2 months to modify my loan. I kept calling on a weekly basis. I left several messages and emails.
Finally someone returned my call. About 4 months later modification still not
complete. Now I defaulted on my mortgage. I found out now that in Oct 2009 no one can charge fees for modifications until after modification complete. They have be licensed too. Now the company took all the money and ran like rats. Rats is too nice to call them but I'm trying to use proper words. They are crooks. How can they sleep at night knowing how the scammed innocent people. They all should rot in jail and become puppets to all the inmates. They will sleep on tiny cots instead of 5000 dollar mattress that we bought for them in their mansions. The rating should be --o
