I recently went to my local mall with my 3 daughters!! We encountered a cart selling the Herstyler & after talkin to the lady selling the product!! I let her demonstrate on my 6 year olds VERY curly hair--i was repeatedly told that when the hair was washed it would go back to being curly!! Well I have washed her hair 5-6 times since & the couple of pieces of hair she demonstrated on are still straight!! I returned to the mall today & confronted the lady about this & she claimed I was lying and that it was my fault that her hair is still straight!! I asked for her name & a phone number to report a complaint or atleast speak to someone about this matter and she refused to do even give me her name!! i'm not sure if how to even go about filing a complaint or a phone number to even call...
