Dumb and Dumber

1) You have to hold their hand during the entire background check process and spoonfeed them the information. They will take zero effort at any point and time during the process.
2) VERY slow processing times.
3) Every customer service agent I have emailed, chatted or spoke to on the phone has been somewhere overseas and English isn't their first language, so you may have to explain things in very deep detail for them to understand.
4) They will just refer you back to your HR for any and all issues you may have with them.
