John Hill at IMC saved my business from near shut-down when my (not backed-up) hard drive began going south. I called John when the drive would boot-up and hold for one minute only before failure. He was able to capture ALL my data from the failing drive to a new drive in two days! My computer was up and running upon installing the new drive without missing a beat. Yea John! And yea IMC! And Yes, I now have a standalone backup drive on my system 24/7.

Hi Richard. I am glad you are backing up your data now-that was just too close to comfort, even though I was able to manage full recovery.
